NOTICE pursuant to and for the purposes of Italian Decree Law no. 196 of 30 June 2003

The personal data referring to you, acquired directly, verbally or via third parties, will be handled by Domino Srl for the finalisation and execution of contract dealings and for any sales promotion purpose by Domino Srl itself. With reference to these data, please note that: - the data are handled in relation to contract requirements and consequent fulfilment of legal and contract obligations arising from the same and to achieve effective management of commercial dealings. The data will be handled in writing and on a magnetic, electronic or telematic medium. Submitting of the same data is obligatory for all that is required by legal and contract obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them or to subsequent handling may prevent the undersigned from initiating the same contract dealings. Failure to submit, instead, all the data that cannot be related to legal or contract obligations will be assessed on each occasion by the undersigned and will lead to consequent decisions in relation to the importance of the data required for the management of commercial dealings. Submitting of the data is in any case discretionary for the purposes of sending advertising material via fax or email and carrying out sales and advertising promotion activities. With the understanding that communication and circulation may be carried out as fulfilment of legal obligations, the data may be distributed in Italy and abroad to:
a) our network of agents
b) factoring companies
c) banks
d) collection agencies
e) credit insurance companies
f) professionals and consultants
g) companies working in the transport industry
h) group lead company Sanitec Italia S.p.A.
i) foreign holding company
l) companies specialised in monitoring the quality of services and in promotional or statistical activities
m) after-sales service companies.
- for the sole purpose of safeguarding credit and best management of our rights relating to the individual commercial relationship;
- the data will be handled throughout the duration of the contract relationships set up and also subsequently for the performance of all legal requirements and for future commercial purposes;
- in relation to the same data the persons involved may exercise the rights laid down by Art. 7 of Italian Decree Law no. 196/2003 within the limits and under the conditions set forth under Arts. 8, 9 and 10 of the aforementioned decree law;
-the owner responsible for handling the data is DOMINO SRL, Via Valcellina 2 Spilimbergo (PN);
- the person in charge of data handling is Ivano Bizzaro.

Art. 7 of Italian decree law no. 196/2003 – Right to access to personal data and other rights
1. The person concerned is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data relating thereto, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The person concerned is entitled to obtain information on:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of handling;
c) the system applied in the case of handling performed with the use of electronic tools;
d) the details identifying the owner, those in charge and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be circulated or who may gain knowledge thereof as representative designated within the national territory, persons in charge or designees. 3. The person concerned is entitled to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where necessary, integration of the data;
b) the deletion, rendering anonymous or blocking of the data handled unlawfully, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently handled;
c) the declaration that the operations stated under a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been circulated or distributed, apart from the case wherein this formality is found to be impossible or entails the use of manifestly disproportionate means in relation to the right safeguarded.
4. The person concerned is entitled to object, wholly or partially:
a) for lawful reasons, to handling of the personal data that relate thereto, albeit relevant to the purpose of collection;
b) to handling of the personal data that relate thereto for the purposes of sending of advertising material or direct sale or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
