DOMINO wishes to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 protects persons and other subjects with regard to processing of personal data and in particular stipulates the need to obtain your specific consent to processing of your personal data after having read this notice.
Whilst browsing or having browsed this website and after having given your consent, DOMINO may process your personal data in accordance with what is indicated below.
1. Purpose and method of processing the data
DOMINO advises that the data collected via the company website for Albatros brand products (www. http://www.albatros-idromassaggi.com) will be used exclusively by DOMINO, by one of the companies in the Group to which it belongs or by agents of the said company present at a local level, for the following purposes:
providing users of the website with updates on products in the world of wellness, in particular for Albatros brand products, on new developments in the field and on associated news;
informing users of the website about activities of interest organised by DOMINO, by other companies in the Group or by its representatives;
The data collected in electronic form via this website may be processed in both electronic and paper forms and will in any case always be protected by suitable and constantly updated security systems, stored in a secure environment and checked, as indicated in the relevant documentation present in the Company.
2. Provision of personal data and consequences of refusal to provide this data
Provision of the data required in order to use certain functions of the company website is optional. If the user does not provide the data or give the relevant consent, he/she will obviously not be registered on the mailing-list and will not be able to access the relative reserved area of the site.
All this will not prevent entering into commercial relations with DOMINO. Where, however, consent to processing of personal data is necessary to enter into or execute a contract, refusal by the interested party to provide the data and relative consent will make it impossible for DOMINO to enter into or execute the contract, with all legal implications.
3. The data controller and person responsible for processing
The data controller is DOMINO s.r.l., with registered office in Spilimbergo (PN), via Valcellina no. A\2, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative Giovanni Santamaria.
The person responsible for processing is Giuseppe Grizzo identified by decision of 15.07.2011.
5. Personnel appointed to perform processing and extent of distribution
The personal data entered by the user will be known to and used by the employees of DOMINO appointed by the data holder and/or the person responsible for processing, for the above-mentioned purposes and each one for the functions within their competence. In some cases the data may also be processed by personnel appointed by DOMINO to perform occasional maintenance activities on the computer systems. The data may be communicated to other companies in the group to which DOMINO belongs, always for the purposes indicated and in compliance with the law.
The data will not be communicated to third parties outside the group to which the company DOMINO belongs, subject to the exceptions in the law.
6. Rights of the interested party
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data relating to him/her, even if not yet registered, and communication of this data in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and method of processing:
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out using electronic means;
d) the identification details of the data controller, of persons responsible for processing and of the designated representative as per article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may be made aware of it in their capacity as designated representative, within Italy, of data controllers or persons responsible for processing.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, completion of the data;
b) deletion, conversion to anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the Law, including that which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations described in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, to those persons to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to processing of the personal data relating to him/her, even though pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected;
b) to processing of the personal data relating to him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material, or direct selling, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
To exercise these rights, the interested party must send a registered letter with advice of receipt to DOMINO S.r.l. using the special form prepared by the Data Protection Authority (http://www.garanteprivacy.it) or, if simply wishing to be removed from the mailing-list, send a message containing the text «CANCELLAMI» («UNSUBSCRIBE») to the following e-mail address: info@dominospa.com
